Demo meeting for Malayalam Toastmasters

Dear Toastmasters,

I thank you all for spending your precious time at the demonstration meeting last evening. We delivered the Toastmasters product with a lot of poise, although it was a test of my listening skills, however, I managed to catch hold of 3 sentences during the session which I was able to relay to the members during my speech. Toastmasters teaches us patience. The attendance for the session was 30 including Toastmasters which is very encouraging. We distributed promotional leaflets and more than 20 Charter membership forms were distributed.

We will be having the next session on Saturday, 3rd October 2015. The timing is 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm and it will be held at the same venue, Ramford Institute, Sultan Centre, Qurum, 2nd Floor. If you can be of service, please let me know within a couple of days. Important roles are TMOD, General Evaluator which the Toastmasters will have to do.

The photography was managed very well by TM Binoy Raj of ABC Toastmasters Club. I thank him for his brilliant effort, in the meantime, the whatsapp photographers have send in some pictures which are available.

I must mention this session would not have been possible, but for the hard work put in by TM Venugopal, the President ot DSTM Toastmasters Club and TM Thomas Meladan George, Past President of ABC Toastmasters Club and the current VPM of DSTM Toastmasters Club.

Please let me know your suggestions for improvements, so that we can implement it in the next session.

I salute you all once again for the wonderful support I received from each one of you for this session, including the District 20 officials with their timely advice.

I am working towards a vision of building a new Division and you will be the biggest contributors in making it happen.

Thanks for Education session by Division L

It was a grand success. It was attended by 46 dedicated Toastmasters from Division L.The program started timely and was managed very well by Master of ceremonies and Area 67 Director TM Louis Pereira. The hilarious moments in between were an icing on the cake and the timings ot the session was closely monitored.

TM Jomin Jose promoted the event very well and timely and that is the reason we had a house full at NTI.

TM Sankaran & TM Janaki were very particular about the registration and payment.

The first half concluded before schedule, thus giving time for the members to relish their snacks, cold drinks, tea and coffee. It was managed very well by Asst. Division L Directors, TM Ahsan Jalal & TM Nanthakumar.

Area Directors for Area 24, TM Govind Negi and Area 70,TM Shyamala Iyer demonstrated good evaluation skills by taking up the challenge to be evaluators.

The Advisors, DTM Clita Crasta & DTM Srikumar Pai made their presence felt, by being at the venue at least for some time.

Overall good team work, special thanks to TM Nanthakumar & TM Louis Pereira for being at the venue at 10 am today.
