Greetings from Division Governor DTM Srikumar

A new toastmaster year started from July with
new team leaders. I am really honored for becoming the Division Governor for the
newly formed division "L", Oman. Many of the clubs in our division shown
excellent performances. Some of them became Presidents distinguished clubs,
Select distinguished clubs and Distinguished clubs. Some of them are very close.
A hearty welcome to new Club officers whose responsibilities starts from today. This is a wonderful chance entrusted to you by your club members to lead them.Your continuous motivation and encouragement is very essential to fulfill the requirements of the club members.
Division " L" will start its journey with 14 base clubs and about 350 members. I am really happy to see that all the 14 clubs in our division have selected very dedicated club leaders. This was proved when all the 14 clubs attended the club officer training and eligible for the 1st round of DCP points for the club officers training. We have a long way to go. Several new clubs are under formation and need your support. Those who want to take any lead and become mentors for these clubs may come forward.

- Keep an attendance register and Guest register
- Start and end meetings on right time
- Bring variety to your club meetings
- Order your club items and club banner from TMI
- Get badges for the members immediately after they complete CC/CL, Advance awards etc.
- Always motivate your club members even for small favour
- Treat each other with respect
- Share your knowledge, expertise and
experience with members
