Dear TM Leaders of Division L
As you are aware we have scheduled the very important training session for judges/chiefs Judges.
Let me repeat the essential info.
Date: Friday, 17th October 2014
Time: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (With lunch break)
Venue : SBAG Hall,
BAHWAN HEALTH CENTRE BUILDING, ALKHUWAIR
(NEAR SAFEER INTERNATIONAL& OPP. AFRICAN EASTERN )
Charges : R.O. 2 ( Two ) per head
The training is planned as a comprehensive one providing in-depth interactive presentations and workshops. Participants will get an opportunity to put into practice some of the insights and knowledge gained. They will of course receive certificates.
This training is mandatory for those desirous of serving as judges during the speech contests coming up in the months ahead. It will be quite beneficial for prospective speech contestants too as they will get a first-hand idea about the judging criteria and related issues like eligibility and originality.
Hence may I request all Predents, VP- E and other club officers to motivate their members to attend the training in big numbers.
In addition to your email communication/appeal please take a few minutes at the regular meeting to stress the importance of the training.
Confirming the number of members well in advance with your Area Governor with copy to the Div Governor will help in making better arrangements.
