Dear Division L Executive Committee members,
Our next Division L Calendar event is scheduled for Friday, 11th September 2015.
It is going to be an educational session which will cover finding new
members for your club, membership growth, orientation. The program
timing will be approximately 45 minutes
We will
also be screening all the 10 speeches of the finals of the World
Champion of Public Speaking at Las Vegas. As suggested by DTM Srikumar
Pai and TM Nanthakumar, we could also have the evaluations done, so that
the members are attentive and a concise evaluation is delivered at the
end. This program is for 1 and half hour plus time for evaluations.
So
the entire module should be a 3 hour event. Registrations will be done
with the Adminstration Manager, TM Janaki Raghavan by the 7th of September 2015.
Depending on the registrations we will book the venue. The charges for
the program will be RO 1/- per member. Please let me know, if any of
you would like to be the Event Chairperson.
I
would also like to know whether any of the Division Council members are
interested in doing an educational session for the upcoming Division L
Calendar events, if so, please let me know.
In
addition, Educational session for 20 minutes can be done at Aladrak
Toastmasters Club, NTI Toastmasters Club, Sohar Toastmasters Club and
Sultan Qaboos Toastmasters Club. Please contact Assistant Division L
Directors, TM Ahsan Jalal on GSM 9327 3706 or TM Nanthakumar on GSM
98202704 for finalizing the schedule. It will give an opportunity for
the Education Panel members to be speaking outside the club.
