Division Installation

Dear FTM's

Greetings !  from ADGET DTM Clita Crasta, trust   all of you  have received a mail from our Div . Governor DTM Srikumar Pai .

He has come up with this intention of helping those clubs who are unable to do Installation ceremony in a elaborate way (Grand) as this includes a big finance. 

As you all know installation of club officers is mandatory, so it was decided instead of charging members , if clubs can find a sponsor  or sponsors to offset the cost of venue and food and other related expenses would help. those clubs who have already planned for their installation and have funds to spare are also welcome. And by doing this we are helping those clubs who do not have financial means to organize an elaborate function. Let us all join hands together and support each other and make our Div "L" as a great big united family and support our Div Gov in his efforts. kindly revert back to me by 6th of Sept. with your confirmation so that we can go ahead with our preparation for 13th Sept.
